Who is Dr. Tara?

Dr. Tara Zeller, D.C. is the President and Co-Founder of IV Nutrition and a longtime leader in holistic health, functional medicine, and wellness-centered care. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, practice development, and patient-centered healing, her work has always been rooted in one core belief: the body was designed to heal when given the right support. Her background includes functional and root cause medicine, chiropractic and manual therapy, private practice, IV Nutrition franchise brand development, and years of helping people pursue better health through a more personalized, root-cause approach.

Dr. Tara’s path into functional medicine was deeply personal. After facing her own health struggles from a young age, her journey took an even more serious turn when significant mold exposure contributed to a major decline in her health and manifestation of Lupus. That experience forced her to look deeper, beyond symptom management, and pursue answers at the root. Functional medicine and IV Nutrient Therapy became important parts of her own healing process, helping restore her body, support recovery, and strengthen her belief in the body’s innate capacity to heal. What began as a fight for her own health became a calling to help others find a clearer path forward.

Today, Dr. Zeller helps clients move beyond temporary fixes and toward true healing by identifying the underlying imbalances that may be affecting their health. Functional medicine is a root-cause approach to care that looks at the whole person—nutrition, hormones, inflammation, immune health, gut health, lifestyle, and environmental factors—to understand why symptoms are happening in the first place. Through this lens, Tara is passionate about empowering others with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to reclaim their health, restore balance, and live with greater energy, resilience, and vitality.
